Packing as a crew for a festival — forget nothing, pack nothing twice
A festival with friends is the best — until the tent is missing at night because everyone assumed someone else would bring it. That's exactly the chaos we're solving here. The idea: every item is either personal (everyone packs their own) or shared (one person for the whole crew).
What everyone packs themselves (personal)
- Sleeping bag & mat
- Toothbrush, sunscreen, medication
- Rain jacket and wellies
- Enough changes of clothes for each day
- Power bank for your phone
What the crew shares (shared)
- Tent (one person brings it, not four)
- Gazebo and folding bench
- Cool box and camping stove
- First-aid kit
- Bin bags and washing-up kit
Why "personal vs. shared" changes everything
The most common mistake when packing as a group: nobody knows what they're responsible for. Four people bring ketchup, no one brings the tent. In Crewcase you tap an item and it moves to the right side — personal or shared. That way everyone sees in real time what's still open and who's handling what.
Tip: Create a "Festival" template. Next time you start the whole list again with a single tap.
Have a great trip — and remember: one person brings the tent, not all of you. 🏕️
